Complete kit includes: 3/8 inch supply tubing, check valve, line clamps, mounting screws, AMP style cord end w/ pins attached to wire, installation manual w/ water chemistry guide. Dimensions are 6 inches high, 5 inches wide, and 2.5 inches deep. Availabe in 120Volt or 240Volt versions. Observation window shows ‘glow’ of good chip. Microchip designed for 9000 hours (included). Water safe unit can get wet, and will stop producing ozone, but will not trip GFCI. When unit dries out, it will produce ozone again. Complete unit DOES NOT include parts numbered 1,2,3. Sold seperately below: (1) is ‘inline injector’ for ¾ inch water lines, and supplied 3/8 inch hose. (2) is ‘tub wall injector’ for through-wall applications (requires ¾ inch hole, for ¾ inch pvc) (3) is replacement chip, easily plugged in inside generator to renew your system. 1 year warranty.

Spa thermostats. 80 to 104 degree calibrated, 120 VOLT, 25 AMP, single-pole single-throw (SPST) design. Flat spade connection tabs. These are generic and fit ALL. Mounting holes are standard throughout all spa brands. Split-shaft slides up into all knobs. Sold by lead length and bulb (end) thickness. Use only in dry-well locations.

High-limits overheat protection re-settable switches. These are all generic and fit ALL, and only mount ONE way for ease of installation. Sold by lead length and bulb (end) thickness.

Leviton Brand 15Amp GFCI cord to replace worn or damaged power cords. 20 ft. length, suitable for all spas up to 1 HP pumps, and 1500 Watt heaters. Common brands are: Comfort Spa, Spa-in-a-box, Softub, Hot-Spot, Spa-2-go, etc.

Pressure Switch - 1 AMP rating, 1/8 inch thread, 1 thru 5 PSI

Pressure Switch- 25 AMP, Single pole (top=hot) double throw (SPDT), 1/8 inch thread, 1 thru 5 psi.

Control Panel light. For use in all Balboa Brand topside controls with backlighting. Balboa # 10226, twist lock design, 14Volt, 1.1 Watt.

This is 'Q12DS flow switch' Two versions shown: LEFT is LONG Harwil Brand version, typically in older installations and direct wired through cap. New style is wired at tip, and compression fitting included to seal wiring. 120Volt, 2 Amp rating, switches on at 10 GPM, and off at 2 GPM. ABS plastic body with stainless spring arm. 1/2 inch npt base, with flow direction arrows molded into top. RIGHT is SHORT Allied Innovations Brand version more common in newer spas like Jacuzzi, Sundance, D1 and numerous others. Clear body allows visual inspection. 1/2 inch npt threads with flow direction arrows posted on body and switch top. Low voltage wire leads may need to be adapted/spliced to your wires. Choose SHORT or LONG for your application. Install with teflon tape and note flow direction.

Enclosed relay: these are 2 5/8 X 1 7/8 X 1 3/8 inches, all 30 Amp.

Potter & Brumfield S89 solenoid relay. 20 Amp power rating, 120 Volt coil, SPDT.

Omron G4B relay. Measures 1 3/8 X 1 1/4 X 1 1/8 inches, 3/16 tabs for coil, 1/4 inch tabs for loads.

Single Pole Contactor relay. 30 Amp power rating. Available in 120 or 240 Volt coil, 24 Volt discontinued.

Double Pole Contactor relay. Dust cover removed for clarity. These have a COIL rating in Volts, and a POWER rating in Amps all AC.

Pres:Air:Trol Brand Tinytrol pressure switch. 1/8 inch npt mount, 2 psi, 25 Amp rating, top=hot.

Pres:Air:Trol Brand Tinytrol air switch. Single Pole Double Throw, 21 Amp rating, 9/16 inch mounting hole needed.

Snap-disk Hi-Limit. Surface mount, trips out pin at 121 degrees F, Double Pole Single Throw (DPST) 50 Amp 240Volt, Therm Disk Brand.

Tri-Delta/Tecmark CSC sequencing switches. Air-switch controlled solenoid activated, may have 120 or 240 Volt coil, Rated at 25 Amps.

Pres:Air:Trol Brand Sequencing switch. Air activated, 20 Amps per pole. Unit shown is ‘center spout’ for air line, also available is threaded spout and side spout. Also shown is ‘blue cam’ version, and may have green, white, or black cam.

Dust cover relay, 3 pole. Measures 2 X 1 1/2 X 1 3/8 inches. 8 connection tabs.

For START applications. A quick, affordable way to ascertain if motor is damaged before servicing. START caps are sold by MFD range.

Size given in inches, and be sure to verify 125 or 240/250 Volt. These specifications will be found stamped on existing capacitor.

CAUTION!: capacitors store electricity within and can still hold a charge when spa is off! Be sure to bridge/jump terminals to dissipate charge before handling/removing. MFD values may not be exact match, closest range/number will work.

Model 1023, Q8DS/A/10502. 120Volt, 1/2 Amp, 15 Amp total, single pole double throw (top=hot) liquid flow detector. 1 inch NPT threads, compression fitting cap included. Flow direction noted on sticker for installation.
